From Vegas to Barcelona, the excitement never ends: a recap of Clicktale events from January to June 2016

We are constantly talking about improving the online customer experience and delighting customers across all digital touch points, however, nothing can compare to a face-to-face interaction with our customers. Whether we’re exhibiting at a CX conference or hosting our own customer dinner, we cherish our customer face time and try to do it as often as possible!

In the past six months, our team has been working around the clock representing Clicktale at 15 different events across Europe and North America. We opened 2016 with Retail’s BIG Show in New York City; we launched Clicktale for Apps at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, and then a month later we accepted the Marketing Cloud Innovation Partner of the Year Award at Adobe Summit in Las Vegas.

Here are some of my favorite highlights:

#1 - Introducing Clicktale for Apps at MWC 2016:
Mobile World Congress is the biggest and most important mobile conference and tradeshow worldwide – it is THE place for anything mobile. That’s why it was the perfect place to launch Clicktale for Apps - a comprehensive engagement and app analytics solution for understanding your omnichannel users in the digital world. We help you uncover the fastest ways to improve your app UX, plus engage and retain every user.

#2 - Winning Marketing Cloud Innovation Partner of the Year at Adobe Summit:
We never miss Adobe Summit; it’s one of our most important events. This year, Adobe Summit was extra important for us as we won the Adobe 2015 Marketing Cloud Innovation Partner of the Year award in recognition of our deep integrations with Adobe Marketing Cloud and joint customer success stories. And that wasn’t all: Clicktale was also named a Premier Tier charter member of a new partnership program called Adobe Exchange.

#3 – Joining forces with OpinionLab and Ensighten at CX Summit East
In June 2016, we hosted a CX Summit conference together with two technology partners – OpinionLab and Ensighten. This one-day event took place at the stunning Dream Downtown Hotel in Chelsea NYC and hosted inspiring speakers from leading brands such as AVIS, MetLife and IHG. This insightful day was a wonderful opportunity for digital analytics professionals to share knowledge, best practices and get to know each other.
