1029-German speaking Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating sales meetings (demos) for enterprise account executives with DACH region.
  • Prospecting and profiling companies in DACH region that are a fit for ClickTale’s enterprise sales department.
  • Generating your own leads in DACH region and using marketing leads to hunt for decision makers.
  • Outbound phone calls and sending a lot of emails to prospects in DACH region

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to work from 9-6pm. (Monday - Friday).
  • Client facing experience, ideally as part of a sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

1025-Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver successful products, leading the full life cycle from idea to final deployment.
  • Apply entrepreneurial skills and use data-driven approaches to guide decisions and continuously deliver successful products.
  • Prioritize new features, improvements and bugs based on customer impact & business goals.
  • Work with designers and developers to ensure efficient and high quality delivery.
  • Define and regularly monitor KPIs, success metrics and other analytics for your product area to determine product health.

1059-Product Marketing Manager and Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape, key trends, and evolving customer needs.
  • Create compelling internal and customer-facing marketing content that clearly communicates the value and unique advantages of our offerings and supports our go-to-market efforts (presentations, datasheets, white papers, website, customer case studies etc.
  • Establish and maintain a marketing relationship with key customers who are willing to be references for case studies and speaking events.
  • Create written content to educate sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
  • Work with Product Management and Corporate Marketing to develop and communicate comprehensive go-to-market launch plans for new and updated products and feature enhancements.

1030-Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage customer deployment projects from beginning to end
  • Own the relationship with Enterprise Clients during the project implementation phase
  • Manage projects from technical and commercial aspects
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stockholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Develop full scale project plan and associated communication documents
  • Responsible for the project time schedule and P&L

1063-Online Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage online marketing campaigns for CT target audience
  • Negotiate with publishers on campaign costs.
  • Monitor performance daily (delivery, pacing) to adjust PPC bidding strategies to optimize for ROI.
  • Study and analyse ClickTale market trends and competitive landscapes through independent research to stay current on emerging technologies and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative/design teams to produce high-quality, high-performing creative.
  • Prepare and present post campaign reports that drive action, improvements and accountability.

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of digital media experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing and optimizing PPC and Display campaigns.
  • Ability to efficiently plan, prioritize and manage numerous projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies for optimizing and evaluating marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management and reporting.

1057-Customer Experience Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • The CXA is responsible for client business performance reporting and analyses, primarily focused on web analytics and optimization, marketing, and sales activities. The CXA conducts research as well as monitors, maintains, and optimizes innovative digital
  • Assist with developing the methods and procedures required to identify whether current client business goals and objectives meet client organizational needs
  • Create reporting and analysis using key performance indicators and advance segmentation to measure engagement, conversion and trends
  • Identify opportunities on client sites to drive conversion and optimization for optimal customer experience
  • Performs analysis comparing online and offline activity to support the client’s management team understand performance of the various channel offerings
  • Analyzes and documents client's digital and traditional business requirements and processes and communicates these requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred
  • 2 or more years of business analysis experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; able to develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes and recommend resolutions; can present results in a meaningful terms
  • Proficiency with database applications and spreadsheets (Excel), is required; programming experience is a plus

  • Development of standard compliant web applications.

1053-QA Server Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coding ad-hoc tools to test server side infrastructure (focused on multi-threaded , high-scale environment)

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing quality code for web servers handling high volumes of traffic.

  • Profound knowledge of the .NET framework and runtime.

Position Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in providing customer support via phone and web in English.

1078-Lead Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the research effort for a new product line.
  • Understand, categorize, organize, and interpret our unique data set.
  • Test and choose different algorithms. Pick the right algorithm for your solution whether it be a simple linear regression or the newest machine learning algorithm.
  • Map business requirements to technical implementation.
  • Develop statistical modeling to deliver the business requirements.

Position Requirements:

  • PHD and/or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Behavioral Science or related discipline with an interest in Marketing and Analytics.
  • At Least five (5) years of hands on experience with large datasets
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
  • Proficiency in the use of statistical packages like R or Matlab

 
1058-Information Security Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with operational risk management activities to enhance the value of the company and brand.
  • Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with corporate strategic plan.
  • Responsibility for technical information security aspects in the company’s production and corporate environments.
  • Cooperate with IT teams to operate the implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security.
  • Evaluate third party providers against ClickTale’s security policies.
  • Oversee incident response procedures as well as the investigation of security breaches.
  • Work with outside consultants as appropriate to build a resilience security infrastructure.
  • Play key-role in Product & System design, reviews and solution architecture.
  • Work closely with R&D and product teams and enhance ClickTale’s product security.
  • Additional responsibilities will include access control systems, network security architecture, network access and monitoring policies, employee education and awareness, and more.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in Information Security roles (similar role or equivalent).
  • Experience in leading Information Security projects from definition to delivery.
  • Experience with Information Security systems Firewall/NAC/centralized AV/IPS/VA systems.
  • Experience with complex infrastructures and high-end technology.
  • Experience with ISO27001 standard.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Excellent English (both speaking and writing).
  • A “CAN DO” attitude and Great interpersonal skills.

1062-Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
  • Draft, review and negotiate various types of agreements, including, SW licensing agreements, service agreements, marketing agreements, reseller agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements etc.
  • Prepare and manage corporate records, including, board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, filings etc.
  • Develop and draft corporate policies.
  • Provide legal support to the various company business units, including HR, Product, Marketing, Sales etc.

Position Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the commercial or corporate department of a leading law firm or as in house counsel of a technology company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English mother tongue a must.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects on competing timelines.
  • The position reports to the Company General Counsel.
