As vice president of customer success, Shai leads global projects delivery, deployment services and customer experience consulting services, all to ensure customers’ success.
Shai has more than 15 years in managerial positions in software companies and vast experience managing complex global Professional Services organizations. Most recently Shai served as head of a Professional Services unit of NCR Retail and as vice president of Delivery at Retalix. Prior to these roles, Shai held various software development and operation managerial roles at Retalix, a global leader of retail technologies.
Shai holds a BsC in Computer Science from the Tel Aviv Academic College.
