What you will do:

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering our new app solution to the market. Your attention to detail and focus on quality is crucial for delivering a SAAS product which is consumed by enterprise companies. Your focus on lean software practices and delivering quality products will be critical to the success of our Experience Cloud. 

Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)


  • Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, changes
  • Validate and close-out all issues prior to client delivery
  • Develop process to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible
  • Investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep our processes up to date
  • Mentor QA team members and share expertise
  • Conduct daily touch base meetings with QA
  • Assist with internal project kickoffs and requirements/specs gathering


  • 5+ years QA and QA automation experience in Web and Mobile environments
  • Deep understanding of QA testing methodologies and practices (STP/STD)Self-Starter, fast learner, can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CI/CD tools including monitoring and alerting
  • Demonstrated mentoring and management skills
  • Strong positive attitude and a demonstrated ability to accomplish complicated projects with confidence
  • Strong commitment to department and company goals
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience and ability to creatively and proactively solve problems
  • Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently
  • Must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Proven English written and verbal communication skills
