Are you an experienced B2B digital marketer with a laser focus on driving pipeline and expertise in Marketo? We are looking for a skilled individual who can unite digital campaign activity across major channels (paid search, social media, display, email & CRM) to the buyer journey and ultimately drive sales. 

Reporting to the Head of Digital, Content & Demand Generation, you will work closely with your colleagues (Digital & Website Manager, Content & Social Media Manager, Designers & Business Operations) and supporting agencies & freelancers to deliver marketing qualified leads and sales qualified opportunities for the sales organization.

You are an exceptional problem solver, analytical and technically astute when it comes to email, nurture, CRM, web and digital media. You are data-driven, with a healthy obsession for optimizing performance through a deep understanding of digital channels and the content that best supports them.


5+ years working in digital marketing with several years in a B2B organization

Several years hands-on experience with Marketo – the ability to build campaigns, streams and flows

Experience with technical integrations between Marketo and CRM – preferably Salesforce

Ownership of email marketing and marketing automation within an enterprise B2B environment

Ability to plan, manage and execute the delivery of digital campaigns including campaign setup & tracking, website CMS, landing pages and digital media including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter

Skilled in working with CRM, insights & analysis platforms including Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and Salesforce

Excellent understanding of how to optimize digital campaigns through delivery of impactful content throughout the channels mentioned above

Additional experience

Platform qualifications such as Marketo Certification, Salesforce Certification, Google Analytics IQ

University educated with a degree or bachelor’s degree in a related subject. Professional development courses such as the CIM or IDM are also looked on favourably

Experience and working knowledge of latest registration such as the ePrivacy directive and GDPR

Experience working with attribution models within a B2B environment
