What you will do:

Partner Manager will be responsible for onboarding, enabling and ensuring the success of Clicktale Solution Partners who sell and service the Clicktale Experience Cloud.  Responsibilities will focus on meeting revenue targets via channel partner relationships in a given region. Other contributions will include the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development, rollout and management of the region’s partner strategy. The Partner Manager must possess solid relationship management experience, sales and consulting experience and applicable technical product expertise.

  • Meet revenue quota targets via partnerships
  • Overall accountability for business relationships with Clicktale Solution Partners (identification, engagement, negotiation, implementation and management)
  • Train and support partners on Clicktale products
  • Manage partners according to the Clicktale partner program
  • Up-to-date understanding of Clicktale’s market and eco-system
  • Provide high-quality and timely services to partner community
  • Prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity within a constantly evolving environment
  • Ownership of miscellaneous projects as needed
