We are looking for an experienced digital and website manager to join our team. You will help us use web technologies to achieve our business growth goals. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness.
You will manage all aspects of the Clicktale corporate website, blog and other web properties. You will be responsible for site maintenance (content and usability), online demand gen programs, lead capture integration with Marketing Automation (Marketo), CRM (SalesForce), SEO/SEM and web analytics.

·Be the primary owner of the corporate website ensuring it is an effective face of the Clicktale brand as well as lead generation engine and portal for both customers and partners.
·Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
·Analyse web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
·Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
·Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
·Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
·Liaise with Product Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
· Establish best practices in digital marketing
Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
5 + years of proven work experience as a digital and website manager
Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM
English- mother tongue level
Solid experience with Marketing and CRM tools (Marketo, Salesforce etc.)
Hands on experience with web design and HTML –advantage
Expertise using content management systems
Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics-advantage
Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
Proficiency with Adobe Cloud products including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator- advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
BSc degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
