What you will do:
- Assists clients in successfully implementing Clicktale solutions
- Troubleshooting of technical issues
- Management of customer interaction with utmost professionalism
- Analyze specs and provide estimates to match requirements of the deployment process
- Research and provide solutions for deployment related challenges
- Serve as an escalation point for technical issues
- Work with internal and external international clients and interfaces
- Customer-orientation and excellent communication skills – must be comfortable communicating by phone and email
