Hi, welcome to ClickTale. I’m Dr. Tal Schwartz, Co-Founder and CEO. In the next two minutes, I will give you a brief overview of what we do.
ClickTale has developed a new website visitor tracking technology that we call In-Page web analytics. We call it “In Page” since it reveals the mystery of what website visitors actually do inside the web page… filling the gap left by traditional web analytics services that only show what’s happening between pages.
This means that we record every visitor interaction within your web site – every mouse movement, every click, every keystroke, and every scroll.
And we play all that information back to you in the form of a movie, so you get to see your visitors’ browsing behavior as if you were looking over their shoulder. You can now understand not only the “what,” but also the “why” behind your visitors’ actions – and this can have a direct impact on your bottom line.

- And how many visitors actually see the bottom of your page.
With Link Analytics, you get to see:
- How people are interacting with the links on the page
- How many hovers each link gets
- Hover-to-click conversion rates
- Hesitation time
- And the average order that visitors hover.
ClickTale is a hosted service, so setup takes just a few minutes. Simply insert the ClickTale JavaScript code into the pages you would like to record. The script runs in the background and saves recordings into your own password-protected account.
