1004-Enterprise Pre-Sales Engineer – Northern Europe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid Northern Europe Enterprise Sales Team to close more deals at higher values by providing top-notch pre-sale technical expertise
  • Demonstrating value of the product using live demo.
  • Provide (internal & external) Support on our solution for prospective Clients (via email and phone).
  • Customize Implementation of High End Accounts in Proofs of Concept using the ClickTale API
  • Gather feedback on the software from clients and sales team and escalate to the product team in prioritized fashion

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a presales consultant or any other technical position.
  • Client facing experience, ideally as part of the sales process. Strong salesmanship skills.
  • Familiar with JavaScript and Jquery.
  • Highly organized. Ability to handle many requests simultaneously, prioritize and deliver fast, accurate results
  • Fluent spoken and high level written English. Ability to provide instructions to clients in a clear, easy to understand fashion
  • Overall understanding of web concepts such as load balancers, CDN, caching, databases, security, and performance
  • Working days are Monday to Friday

1025-Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver successful products, leading the full life cycle from idea to final deployment.
  • Apply entrepreneurial skills and use data-driven approaches to guide decisions and continuously deliver successful products.
  • Prioritize new features, improvements and bugs based on customer impact & business goals.
  • Work with designers and developers to ensure efficient and high quality delivery.
  • Define and regularly monitor KPIs, success metrics and other analytics for your product area to determine product health.
  • Deliver product requirements documentation including wireframes and usage scenarios.

1023-Customer Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify up/cross-sell opportunities to pursue and to drive revenues.
  • Responsible for the overall partner relationship, including: strategic planning, revenue growth targets and all operations necessary to profitably retain, grow and service the customer.
  • Be the single point of contact for the partner while using internal resources from marketing, product, and support as necessary.
  • Understand customer requirements on both a business and a technical level.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with customers.

1024-Customer Experience Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • The CXA is responsible for client business performance reporting and analyses, primarily focused on web analytics and optimization, marketing, and sales activities. The CXA conducts research as well as monitors, maintains, and optimizes innovative digital
  • Assist with developing the methods and procedures required to identify whether current client business goals and objectives meet client organizational needs
  • Create reporting and analysis using key performance indicators and advance segmentation to measure engagement, conversion and trends
  • Identify opportunities on client sites to drive conversion and optimization for optimal customer experience
  • Performs analysis comparing online and offline activity to support the client’s management team understand performance of the various channel offerings
  • Analyzes and documents client's digital and traditional business requirements and processes and communicates these requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred
  • 2 or more years of business analysis experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; able to develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes and recommend resolutions; can present results in a meaningful terms

1008-Application Database Engineer - Core Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, scale, and administer ClickTale's Data Warehouse
  • Own the technology stack from end-to-end: from hardware to OS to software to interfaces and everything in-between
  • Come up with innovative solutions to scale the system beyond the vendor software's limitations
  • Keep the system stable, high-performing, and always available with solid redundancy and backup/recovery/DR strategies
  • Develop automation and tools to streamline administration, configuration, maintenance, and service monitoring and alerting
  • Be the expert and support users by answering any questions and troubleshooting any issues

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience administering large data warehouses
  • High degree of proficiency in Linux and Windows administration with good understanding of network and storage fundamentals
  • Expert knowledge of MsSql Server database
  • Expert knowledge of at least one MPP architecture, performance tuning, and optimization techniques such as sharding and partitioning
  • Solid foundation in modern databases architecture, columnar data warehouse design, data analytics, and business intelligence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product requirements.
  • End to End technical design and architecture.

Position Requirements:

  • BA/BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5-6 years of experience of designing and building Web applications.
  • Experienced with HTML5, CSS3, SPA(AngularJS).
  • Expert in writing native JavaScript OOP, and experience with JavaScript libraries.
  • In depth understanding with the performance aspects of web development.

1009-Senior Front End Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working together with designers and backend developers to create the perfect user experience for any type of device or screen size.
  • Working to push the limits of whats possible in a web experience using new technologies, as well as being a guiding influence in making sure what is implemented meets web standards.

Position Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of UI and UX aspects.
  • Expert in Object Oriented JavaScript and JS internals.

1012-Client-Side Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, improve and architect ClickTale's Client Side Analytics product.
  • Analyze product requirements and functional requirements to determine optimized coding architecture.
  • Produce technical specification and documentation.
  • Research new technologies and do POCs.
  • Come up with innovative solutions to improve performance and stability.

Position Requirements:

  • JavaScript guru - 5+ years designing, developing and testing standards compliant web-based applications using standards-based JavaScript (including AJAX, DOM manipulations, JSONP, event models etc.)
  • Experience with JavaScript application development using jQuery, Angular, YUI (or similar libraries/frameworks), the MVC pattern and client-side build processes.
  • Experience in Object Oriented development in JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of native JavaScript.
  • Understanding of MV* design pattern and decoupling paradigm.
  • Developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions.
