Technical Support Team Member

Key Responsibilities

• Answer support inquiries from small-medium business customers and implement integration of the ClickTale solution.
• Communicate with customers via email, live chat and telephone.

Experienced .NET Systems Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, improve and support ClickTale Web Analytics product.
• Analyze product requirements and functional requirements to design and determine optimized coding architecture. Produce technical specification documents.
• Execute programming tasks from mockups to live product while maintaining product integrity and compatibility with predefined specs.

Position Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience with software development and design.
• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft .NET framework 2.0+ with C#.
• 2 years experience with SQL Server database, Stored Procedures and T-SQL.
• Knowledge of OOP and principles of software design.
• Fluency with computer algorithm design and implementation. Computational analysis, etc.
• Familiarity with N-Tier architecture.
• Strong web know-how.
• Team player, good communications skills.

Position Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high level enterprise deals in an evangelistic sales environment.

Online Marketing Manager – SEO, SEM, PPC, A/B Testing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pay-per-click advertising programs on major search engines.
• Develop and modify bidding strategies and effectively manage keyword campaigns.
• Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve traffic and performance of website.
• Work with the content writing team to create new site content that bolsters organic traffic base.
