Deployment QA Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3-4 deployment QA testers, motivational and organizational skills to achieve goals and get things done
  • Defining and managing the deployment testing tasks
  • Manual testing of client-side code (JavaScript, HTML) that implements integration of the ClickTale system with customers’ web sites
  • Ensure the code performs the required functionality based on the integration spec and doesn’t conflict with client’s website

Position Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience as QA team leader
  • At least 1 year of experience testing web sites
  • Ability to lead and drive a team forward
  • Experience in working with developers and project managers
  • Knowledge of Html, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of web debugging tools (fiddler, firebug) - Advantage

Deployment QA Tester

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify Incoming web, email, and phone inquiries
  • Conduct research to create new sales opportunities and prospect for new leads
  • Profile and develop leads until it's sales ready. Get to the right person within the company and arrange for a sales call
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of qualified leads
  • Provide timely and accurate lead management reports

Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients - maintaining and building client relationships
  • Lead client consultation - use creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical knowledge with ClickTale’s web analytics solution to analyze web usage patterns and efficiently communicate findings to clients
  • Present ongoing analysis and recommendations on how to improve website conversion rates and usability to the client’s management
  • Prepare the ground for renewal decisions, identify upsell opportunities of Enterprise clients
  • Work with various online business models - helping clients accomplish online business goals

Position Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional business experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple enterprise-level clients

Director of Enterprise Sales - Americas

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire and manage an inside sales team targeting Enterprise clients in the Americas
  • Drive revenue through new client acquisition, exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas on a consistent basis
  • Implement sales program, train sales agents, and onboard new-hires
  • Optimize the sales pitch and standardize the overall sales process
  • Monitor and report on appropriate metrics for sales funnel management

Web Developer

Key Responsibilities

QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Manual and automated testing of a web application

Position Requirements

  • BSC in computer science or equivalent

Deployment Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship with ClickTale's Enterprise clients and prospects helping them maximize success through accelerated adoption.
  • Act as a Technical Project Manager from strategy to implementation.
  • Manage all phases of implementation both client facing and internally.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all technical questions and issues, leveraging your technical expertise of ClickTale's products. Own pre-sales pilot activities with ClickTale's potential customers to drive to successful conversion.
  • Develop solutions for implementing pilot and manage all customer communications.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to perform three functions: Web Developer, Project Manager and Account Manager.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client-side web development / integration (HTML, JavaScript, jquery, CSS)
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate an amenable solution with customers when differences exist.

Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design company’s site and all online marketing materials (campaigns, banners, landing pages etc.)
  • Develop and design new products and application features
  • Develop full suite of company’s branded materials both digital and print
  • Work closely with R&D to ensure graphic and interaction quality

Position Requirements

  • Rock solid skills in graphic and interactive design, a strong sense of branding, with an eye for typography, palette development, intuitive layout, and a pixel-level attention to detail and coherency (yes, we want it all!)
  • Mature and patient - leave your ego at the door
  • Able to maintain a high level perspective as well as delve into the finer details (Hands-on)

SMB Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides world-class support to ClickTale’s international client base via email, phone and chat
  • Assists clients in successfully implementing ClickTale solutions
  • Resolution of routine inquiries
  • Troubleshooting of technical issues
  • Escalation and follow up on unresolved issues
  • Management of customer interaction with utmost professionalism

Position Requirements

Enterprise Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through new client acquisition
  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and close new business consistently at or above quota level

Key Responsibilities

.NET Web Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, improve and support ClickTale Web Analytics product
  • Analyze product requirements and functional requirements to determine optimized coding architecture. Produce technical specification documents
  • Execute programming tasks from mockups to live product while maintaining product integrity and compatibility with predefined specs

Position Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft .NET and ASP.NET framework 2.0/3.5 with C#
  • 2 years experience with SQL Server database, Stored Procedures and T-SQL
  • In depth knowledge of the HTTP protocol and HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, XML/XSL, CSS
  • Fluent with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (YUI, jQuery, AJAX)
  • Fluent with Microsoft development environment and .NET framework, HTTP handlers, Web services and etc.
  • Familiarity with N-Tier architecture
