Deployment Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and tests client-side code (mainly using JavaScript/Jquery) to match deployment requirements
  • Researches and provides solutions for deployment related challenges
  • Top expert in deploying ClickTale products on large and complex web sites
  • Serves as an escalation point for technical issues

Position Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in client-side web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery, AJAX)

Enterprise Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through new client acquisition
  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Concentrate on large enterprise accounts
  • Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and a technical level
  • Develop and provide custom demonstrations of ClickTale to customers
  • Build strong personal relationships with prospects

Position Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high level enterprise deals in an evangelistic sales environment
  • At least 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience. Experience with SaaS opportunities - a plus
  • Established reputation as a high integrity top performer
  • A native English speaker with excellent communication skills - must
  • Experience with Web Analytics - a plus
  • Experience with CRM platforms - a plus
  • Role requires travel (up to 25%) to Europe and the US

Head of Deployment Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the team of Deployment Engineers
  • Provide scalability of deployment services to ClickTale’s fast growing Enterprise clientele
  • Advance current integration practices, innovate and automate operations
  • Develop strategies to ensure short deployment lifecycles and quick ROI
    • Manage the delivery and deployment of custom developed solutions including prototyping, code development, modularization and test management
  • Duties include capacity planning, balancing workload, developing staff and delivering projects on time and on budget

Position Requirements

  • Proven experience building and leading customer facing technical teams and processes
  • Proven experience working with Enterprise clients
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience as a web developer
  • Native English (or equivalent verbal and written) - must have excellent written and spoken English

Deployment Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship with ClickTale's Enterprise clients and prospects helping them maximize success through accelerated adoption.
  • Act as a Technical Project Manager from strategy to implementation.
  • Manage all phases of implementation both client facing and internally.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all technical questions and issues, leveraging your technical expertise of ClickTale's products. Own pre-sales pilot activities with ClickTale's potential customers to drive to successful conversion.
  • Develop solutions for implementing pilot and manage all customer communications.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to perform three functions: Web Developer, Project Manager and Account Manager.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client-side web development / integration (HTML, JavaScript, jquery, CSS)
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate an amenable solution with customers when differences exist.
  • BA/BS degree in business, computer science or engineering; MBA desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with international based prospects
  • Prepare and deliver live product demos and webinars to potential customers

Junior Core Systems Developer - (C#/.NET)

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and development process of the core systems that drive ClickTale Web Analytics product based on product and functional requirements
  • Conduct technological research into various fields to drive system scalability and product innovation under the guidance of a senior engineer
  • Execute development tasks from mockups to live product while maintaining existing product integrity and compatibility with predefined specs
  • Provide engineering solutions to complex customer scenarios

Position Requirements

  • Strong demonstrable technical skills and high independent learning ability
  • Experience writing computer programs either for personal projects or as part of a relevant education program
  • Working knowledge of the C# language and Microsoft .NET framework
  • Good understanding of the web and the internet

Junior .NET Web Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead developers utilizing technical, motivational and organizational skills to achieve goals and get things done.
  • Develop, improve and support ClickTale Web Analytics product.
  • Analyze product requirements and functional requirements to determine optimized coding architecture.
  • Supervise technical specification documents creation.
  • Execute programming tasks (hands on)

Position Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience developing for the web and the Internet with Microsoft .NET and ASP.NET framework 2.0/3.5 with C#.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading small web development teams.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and client side technologies.
  • Complete knowledge of the HTTP protocol and HTML, DHTML, JSON, CSS standards and cross browser development.
  • Fluent with JavaScript frameworks (YUI, jQuery, AJAX).
  • Fluent with Microsoft development environment and .NET framework, HTTP handlers, Web services and etc.
  • Experience in working with QA and Product departments.

Customer Experience Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients - maintaining and building client relationships
  • Lead client consultation - use creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical knowledge with ClickTale’s web analytics solution to analyze web usage patterns and efficiently communicate findings to clients
  • Present ongoing analysis and recommendations on how to improve website conversion rates and usability to the client’s management
  • Drive contract renewals and generate upsell opportunities of Enterprise clients
  • Work with various online business models - helping clients accomplish online business goals

Position Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of professional business experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple enterprise-level clients
