Management and Board
  • Dr. Tal Schwartz is Chairman and CEO of ClickTale. He founded ClickTale with Arik Yavilevich in 2006 with the vision of making the web a better place by revolutionizing web analytics and providing deep insights into customer behavior. ClickTale has grown from a groundbreaking idea into the worldwide leader of Customer Experience Analytics serving tens of thousands of customers from around the globe.

    Throughout his career, Tal has also been committed to using technology to produce positive social change. In 2004, he co-founded the Bronica Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at the Technion, as well as the Technion Entrepreneurship Club which helps student-based technology startups become successful. In 2000, he founded Expand Beyond Corporation, which developed software that allowed IT Professionals the freedom to work wirelessly, which was later acquired by Semotus Corporation. 

    Tal has been a lecturer and Visiting Professor at numerous universities, including Caltech, Technion, Tel-Aviv University, the University of Haifa, and DePaul University. Tal holds bachelors degrees in Engineering and Applied Science and in Economics from the California Institute of Technology and a Doctorate in Finance from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

  • As Chief Operating Officer, Tuval is responsible for driving business growth through value-based performance and talent management. Applying his deep understanding of transforming innovation into customer success and revenue, Tuval is in charge of expanding ClickTale’s activities into new markets across the globe.

    Tuval brings over 2-decades of experience in entrepreneurship and start-up management, helping companies grow from small start-up stage to substantial global corporations, in extremely competitive environments. Tuval’s achievements include: leading the development and management of award-wining financial solutions supporting a significant share of all global equity trading; heading M&A technology due-diligence activities with leading financial institutions; developing one of the first Algo-trading solutions for trading in all global stock-exchanges; and growing ITG from a 10-men start-up operation to a valuation of $1 Billion.

    Tuval has a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics, and an MSc in Computer Science, both from UCLA. Tuval enjoys Japanese cooking, photography and painting, as well as following light-hearted topics such as brain research and eastern philosophy. 

  • As CFO, Yoav is responsible for all ClickTale financial and operation activities.

    Yoav has over 15 years of highly successful leadership experience in corporate finance, international accounting, M&A, investor relations and taxation.
    Prior to joining ClickTale, Yoav worked as a Director of Finance at Oberon Media and was responsible for all International financial activities, including managing the financial activities of the Interactive Television business unit and of Oberon Media Israel. Earlier in his career, Yoav worked as CFO at PixelPlay and played a significant part in the execution of the merger between PixelPlay and Oberon Media. 

    Yoav is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel, intern at KPMG), holding a B.A. degree in Business Management and Accounting from the Israeli College of Management and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

  • As CMO, Efrat leads ClickTale’s worldwide marketing initiatives and drives awareness and adoption targeting global fortune 500 companies.
    The Marketing team led by Efrat is responsible for bringing in new customers, adding value to  existing customers, as well as creating and publishing Digital Customer Experience thought leadership content for the industry.

    Efrat brings proven marketing expertise, with strong emphasis on a customer centric approach and manages the team while encouraging a fun, dynamic, and creative atmosphere.  Efrat has a global perspective to Marketing, having lived and worked on three different continents (and counting!). Previous to ClickTale, Efrat led the global marketing efforts at ClickSoftware (NasdaqGS: CKSW), the leading provider of automated mobile workforce management. Previous to that she managed the global marketing team at Sophos, an IT security company, and held various technical and product-related roles at Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks, a 3D CAD Software Company.  

    Efrat holds a B.S. in Industrial and Software Engineering from Shenkar College of Engineering, and an MBA from Kellogg-Recanati International School.

  • As General Manager of ClickTale Inc. Oded Leiba is in charge of all ClickTale operations within the US. From Pre-Sale to project delivery, and to on going services provided to our customers.

    Oded has more than 20 years’ experience in software companies and vast experience managing global professional services departments and P/L operations. Oded had previously worked at FUNDtech (leaders in transaction banking solutions) as Director of Technology and Services where he managed a professional team responsible for the Electronic Invoices division. Earlier in his career Oded worked at Top Image Systems (Enterprise Content Management) in various positions, including UK Managing Director responsible for the UK Branch P/L, and prior to that Oded served as VP Professional Services for six years responsible for the global professional department.

  • As VP of Global Sales Idan leads a team of professionals who bring ClickTale to enterprises worldwide.

    Idan has over ten years of experience in global enterprise sales and channel management.
    With ClickTale since 2010, Idan was Director of Enterprise Sales for North America before becoming VP Global Sales. Prior to joining ClickTale, Idan managed global customers as a Senior Account Manager in EMC and MBI (acquired by Glasshouse).

    Idan holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

  • As VP R&D, Yaron leads ClickTale’s product development and all related activities. 
    He is responsible for designing and implementing ClickTales’s products, planning technical strategies, and overseeing all research and innovation.

    Prior to this position, Yaron served as VP of Community Toolbar and VP of Engineering at Conduit, and before that held various R&D management positions at Identify Software (later acquired by BMC Software) and FareChase, Inc. (acquired by Yahoo).

    Yaron holds a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in computer science from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya in Israel.

  • As VP of Client Services Shai leads the global projects delivery, deployment services and customer experience consulting services, all to ensure customers’ success

    Shai has more than 15 years in managerial positions in Software companies and vast experience managing complex global Professional Services organizations. Most recently Shai served as head of a Professional Services unit in NCR Retail and as VP of Delivery in Retalix. Prior to these roles, Shai served in various software development and operation managerial roles in Retalix – a global leader of retail technologies.

    Shai holds a BsC in Computer Science from the Tel Aviv Academic College.

    Richard joined Amadeus in 1998 and specialises in software companies.
    He serves as non-executive director on the boards of Celltick (mobile marketing), ClickTale (customer experience analytics), ForeScout (enterprise cybersecurity), Openbravo (open source ERP) and Unruly (social video advertising). Richard recently served as Chairman of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA).
     
    Prior to Amadeus, Richard worked as a management consultant, a hands-on finance and business development executive and a turnaround manager. He joined Apax Partners in 1994, where he made a number of early stage investments, the best known of which was software company Autonomy. Richard subsequently became director of business development and finance at Autonomy, staying with the company until 1998.

    Richard holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA and MA in Mathematics from Christ's College, Cambridge.

  • Lucian Schönefelder is a Director in the London office of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. He is focussed on investments in the European media & technology sector with a particular focus on digital media. Lucian has been involved with KKR's investments in Clicktale (Digital Customer Experience SaaS business), Arago (AI-based IT Automation Software), Scout24 Switzerland (JV with Ringier around its Online Classifieds Assets), BMG Rights Management (music publishing JV with Bertelsmann), Fotolia (#1 European marketplace for digital images) and Duales System Deutschland (leading recycling company in Germany). He also spent one year with KKR's operating unit (KKR Capstone) where he worked on various assignments within ProSiebenSat.1.

    Before joining KKR, Lucian worked in the M&A department of JP Morgan in London.

    Lucian holds a Master of Science in Business Administration as well as a PhD (summa cum laude) from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).

  • Arik Yavilevich founded ClickTale with Tal Schwartz in 2006. As Chief Technology Officer, Arik oversees all research and development at ClickTale.
    His career objective is to use disruptive technologies to bring innovation to the world! 

    For over 15 years, Arik has been a technology leader and innovator in software and Internet applications. 
    Prior to founding ClickTale, Arik developed advanced desktop and web-based applications at the Technion - Israel’s Institute of Technology, Applied Materials, and various eCommerce and software companies in Israel. Arik also runs a micro ISV (independent software vendor) as a hobby. 

    Arik holds a bachelors degree in computer science from the Technion, Israel and has served with the elite computer division of the Israel Defense Forces.
